The Fourth Hatton Ministry was the twentieth ministry to come from the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. It was sworn in on 21 December 1987 after Chief Minister Stephen Hatton reappointed former minister Terry McCarthy to fill the ministerial vacancy caused by the resignation of Tom Harris.
